All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders are sent out as soon as possible- please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.

We only sell authentic goods. All items in our store are genuine, authentic products. Our trained in house authentication experts review all items to ensure that they are original. We guarantee authenticity on everything we sell.

At Streetwear Distro, we’re committed to delivering quality gear and making sure you’re satisfied with your order. Because of the nature of our curated collections and limited releases, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives and the item is damaged, please contact us at streetweardistro@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Please note:

-Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
